After caring for elderly parents in a long term care setting we realized the value and need for young and old to interact with animals. We also have years of experience in working in healthcare and hospitals. We want to share our love of animals with adults and children, bringing the unique benefits of human-animal interaction into the lives of those that need it most.

Juliette is a PATH International certified therapeutic riding instructor. She  helps children and adults-- veterans and active-duty military personnel--with physical, cognitive and emotional challenges find strength and independence through the power of the animals.

Alegria Ranch is a private ranch located in Bush, Louisiana and has more than mini horses, we have standard horses, mini goats, chickens, rabbits, a potbellied pig ,sheep, mini donkeys, cats and dogs and a handsome rooster named Brad Pitt…

We have a lifetime of experience with animals and people with special needs.
